Please contact customer service with your order number and we will provide you with a return authorization number.
If the part was installed and is not working, we will provide a form for your HVAC technician to complete.
All returns are subject to warehouse approval.
Warranty returns are subject to warehouse and manufacturer evaluation and approval.
We do not accept returns of used items, or items which show signs of having been installed.
- We do not provide refunds for outbound shipping.
- The return shipping cost will be for your account
- If an item must be returned due to an error on our part we will refund your return shipping cost.
Credit for Returns
Refunds can take between 7-10 business days to be processed from the date the items are received in our warehouse. It can take an additional three to four business days for the issuing bank to post your credit.
